Our Mission is to maintain  sustainable ecosystems. Practicing organic agriculture which involves the use of green manure, compost, biological pest control and crop rotation.  As well as hydroponics and aquaculture which allows us to cultivate freshwater aquatic organism such as fish, crustaceans, and  mollusks in the Midwest area.

We are firm believers that organic agriculture and aquatic farming in contained spaces are systems that sustain the health of ecosystems and people now and for future generations.
